Tara's Birthday weekend

Bequia from the ferry

Just a really quick post about what happened over the weekend.
Tara (one of the 9 of us) turned 22 on Monday, so we organised a weekend full of activities for her birthday. It involved visiting one of the Grenadines - Bequia. It's exactly what the tourists think of the Caribbean - white sands, the bluest water, hot sands - and it doesn't disappoint. We took a ferry across, some coped with their sea sickness better than others - our visitor from St Lucia (TMac) didn't and he spoiled the blue-iness of the waters slightly..

We also had a fabulous garden tea-party to carry on the celebrations. Claire baked the most amazing heart shaped cake, which was just fabulous. I would actually pay to eat that cake for the rest of my life. (Mum - you need the recipe for when I come home!!)

Ok, that's it for now, enjoy the pictures!

HAPPY!
